5. Account Deletion
- All your personal data will be permanently removed.
- Your email and phone number will be permanently blocked from re-registration.
- This action is irreversible.
Silky & Linkee L.L.C. may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Linkee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Silky & Linkee L.L.C. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silky & Linkee L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00).
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
