Child Safety Standards Policy

1. Our Commitment

Silky & Linkee L.L.C., the developer of the Linkee application, is fully committed to protecting children from sexual abuse, exploitation, and any form of harm. We strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety, including but not limited to the PROTECT Our Children Act and international child protection frameworks.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behaviors are explicitly prohibited on the Linkee platform:

• Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors (CSAE)
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, text, or links
• Grooming, solicitation, or any communication intended to exploit minors
• Content that normalizes, glorifies, or encourages sexual activity involving minors
• Any attempt to establish inappropriate relationships with minors through the platform
• Sharing personal information of minors without verified parental consent

3. User Responsibilities

All users of the Linkee application agree to:

• Never upload, share, or distribute any content that constitutes CSAE or CSAM
• Report any suspected CSAE content or behavior immediately using in-app reporting tools or by contacting us directly
• Not use the platform to contact, solicit, or exploit minors in any way
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international child protection laws

4. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this policy will result in immediate and decisive action, including:

• Immediate suspension and permanent termination of the offending account
• Removal of all associated content from the platform
• Reporting of the violation and all relevant data to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies
• Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations

5. Reporting Mechanisms

Linkee provides clear and accessible channels for reporting child safety concerns:

• In-app reporting: Users can report any content or account directly within the Linkee application
• Email: Reports can be submitted to support@mylinkee.com
• External resources: Child sexual exploitation can also be reported to NCMEC CyberTipline at www.cybertipline.org

6. Age Restrictions

The Linkee application is intended for users aged 18 and above. Users who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts suspended. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

7. Content Moderation

Silky & Linkee L.L.C. employs active moderation practices to detect, remove, and report any CSAE-related content on the platform. We continuously review and improve our safety systems to ensure the highest level of child protection.

8. Compliance

This policy is maintained in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, applicable laws, and international child protection guidelines. Silky & Linkee L.L.C. is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and child-safe environment across all its products and services.
